Following the nomination of a Pastor for Bishop of the Sierra Pacific Synod, each individual will be asked to submit a completed Biographical Information Form, found below. This forms helps the Assembly Voting Members learn more about who you are, your experiences in ministry, your leadership style, discernment process, and more. Additionally, nominees will be asked to submit a signed Authorization and Release for Background Check and Screening form, a signed Disclosure Form, and a digital photo of themselves.
