Job Posting: Full-time Preschool Director/Teacher

Grace Lutheran Church in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a new full-time Preschool Director / Teacher to begin this summer!

"Grace Lutheran Preschool has been providing nurturing, play-based education to preschoolers for more than 45 years. The children in our preschool are surrounded by a Christian atmosphere of respect and loving appreciation for each person and for the wonders of God’s world.

After 48 years, and facing only our second leadership transition, we are looking for a full-time Director/Teacher who is excited to develop and realize a vision that carries Grace Lutheran Preschool into the future. The Director will work closely with the church staff and preschool board to identify and meet the needs of our community and from our current single room program with a capacity for 24 children cast a vision for a robust future. In addition to overseeing daily operations and related administrative duties, the Director will teach in the classroom rounding out their full-time position. If you are experienced in early childhood education, possess the necessary credentials, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a deep love for children and their families, you are the kind of new director we are looking for!"
