Parochial reports are the way that we asses the state of our congregations and budget for our collaborative work. Parochial reports reflect for us where there are ministry opportunities and needs. They also tell us what part of your ministry we can celebrate with you!
Parochial reports measure ministry, stewardship and innovation and therefore require collaboration of congregational leaders. Officers, Pastors and administrators will need to help one another to complete these reports.
Every congregations in the Sierra Pacific Synod must fill out the Congregation Report (Form A), Congregation's Programs Report (Form C) and Financial Stewardship Worksheet.

How to Fill-Out & Submit Parochial Reports
Electronic Filing is the preferred method. If you need assistance filing electronically, please call the Synod Office at (800) 691-3207 and leave a message for Rev. Manda Truchinski.
Form A and Form C
Your Pastor, Office Administrator, and/or Council Representative should have received an email from the Synod Office with your Congregation's ID number and Password. You should have also received this information via U.S. Postal Mail from the Synod Office. These numbers are unique to your congregation only.
To complete Forms A and C, go to www.ELCA.org/congregationreport and type in your Congregation ID number and Password.

After you have finished entering your data, you should print a PDF copy of both forms for your records.
