Registration for the Assembly is now open! All registrations must be submitted via the online Registration Form. The registration deadline is Tuesday, August 1, 2023. There will be no on-site registration at Synod Assembly. 

 

Voting members, non-voting guests, and mission partners are invited to attend Synod Assembly. Registration for voting members will be $250/person, non-voting guest registration will be $100/person, and mission partner registration will be $150/person. Limited scholarships for registration will be available. The cost of the Saturday banquet is $60/person. 

 

Registration fees do not include accommodations. Discounted hotel room rates for the Hyatt Regency are available starting at $165/night. Click here to book your hotel room. If you have any difficulty, the discount code is G-SYND.

 

To get started, download the registration worksheet as a fillable PDF or a fillable Microsoft Word document. We recommend gathering all the information needed on the worksheet for each member of your Assembly delegation before completing the online registration form.

 

Payment for Synod Assembly registration will be accepted via PayPal (preferred) and check. See the registration worksheet for instructions. 

 

Note that Synod Assembly will be live-streamed via YouTube for those who wish to watch the proceedings from home. The business of Synod Assembly will be conducted fully in person.
